Fr. Becnel was born in Vacherie, La. Dec. 15, 1939. He later moved to Edgard, but left when he entered the Seminary at the age of 13. He attended St. Joseph’s in St. Benedict, La. and Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans. He was ordained at St. Louis Cathedral on December 19, 1964 and given the title of Monsignor in 1989. He loves being a parish priest and being of service to the people. Interests: vegetable gardening and golfing.

Carole lives in Norco and has been a parishioner of Sacred Heart Parish since 1993. She is married to Kenny Bravo and they have 2 children, Beth and Ashley. Carole enjoys relaxing in her backyard with her family and friends.

She has been in education for 37 years with 20 of those years as an administrator, she has been at Sacred Heart for the past seven years. Her family includes husband Steve and three children, Matthew and wife Anne, Nathan and Jonathon.
